Nearby discovery never grants permission to harass, follow or pressure anyone. Conversations begin only after both users choose to connect.

Your account

Provide truthful information, protect your credentials and do not impersonate others. You are responsible for activity through your account.

Acceptable use

Do not threaten, stalk, exploit, deceive, spam, discriminate, promote illegal activity, distribute intimate content without consent, or attempt to bypass safety controls.

Moderation

NearPing may investigate reports, remove content, limit functionality, suspend accounts or preserve records when reasonably necessary for safety, policy enforcement or legal duties.

Real-world meetings

Exercise normal caution. Meet in public, control your own transport and contact emergency services if anyone faces immediate danger. NearPing does not conduct background checks unless explicitly stated.

Availability

The service may change or experience interruptions. Nearby results depend on device capabilities, Bluetooth conditions, permissions and active local users.
